Muhammad Dildar Abbasi
Owing to his vast experience in human resource management and manpower recruitment spanning four decades, Muhammad Dildar Abbasi is uniquely qualified to be the CEO of a leading recruitment firm. Over the years, he has empowered himself and others with valuable knowledge that only comes from dedicated research. His endless pursuit for innovation and progress in the field of recruitment is notable.
He served as the General Manager at Taj Enterprises RWP (1979-81) and then Qureshi Travel Services RWP (1982-85) optimizing the enrollment procedure. During these years, he was responsible for recruiting a large number of Pakistani professionals including skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled individuals. Highly qualified experts belonging to various industries were accepted to renowned Middle Eastern companies under his supervision.
In June 1992, Muhammad Dildar Abbasi received his employment promoters’ license from the Government of Pakistan under the title, “The Guides Overseas Employment Promoters”. He has admirably performed his duties including coordination with the line managers for candidate selection, interview stage and final approval that leads to the job offer. Most importantly, he has gained a reputation for superior coordination with the human resource departments of the companies seeking qualified employees. This boosted our recruitment firm’s image to new heights and extended our reach. Other tasks that he is confident in completing include police report clearance, medical report issuance, attestation of academic/ training certificates, visa procedure, visa endorsement and more. Since the CEO appointment, his abilities have helped raise our recruitment agency to its current status as an industry leader.
