Upon receiving the Power of Attorney and Demand Letter from our principals we follow the procedure lay down until the final phase of recruitment is completed.
When demand and all legal documents are received, we check our database for the availability of manpower, we review cvs based on job requirements, if in case the required staff is not available in our database, we use different channel of advertising to fulfill the demand.
Before the candidates’ names are forwarded to the Principals for their approval, we check their documents related to the education and training and team makes sure they meets the job requirements. Upon final selection we send the candidates to obtain medical fitness certificate from designated medical centers. Final stages consist of endorsement of visas from the respective Consulate, registration formalities of the Foreign Services Agreement with the Protector of Emigrants Government of Pakistan, confirmed reservation of seat the date specified by Principals.
When confirmed electronics ticket is issued, we call candidates in our office, provide orientation which includes about the rules, regulations of host country, company policy procedure about working hours, overtime (if any), accommodation, transportation, medical services provided by employer.
We provide a check list to applicant what to carry and what not.
We inform employer two to three days in advance about arrival schedule to arrange airport pickup.
